It doesn't need to be elaborate, you just need a short introduction, state the problem and offer a solution, and give a call to action. Write a keyword rich headline that someone looking for what you offer would type into a search engine. Keep it simple.

You just need a simple opt in box or a dedicated opt in page with an offer your readers can't refuse. Do a 15 minute radio slot
Blog talk radio is free and it's easy to use and, more importantly, Google loves it, so you'll get a very valuable link. Just make sure you use your keywords in the title and description. You could script the 15 minutes so that you say something useful, or ceate a list of questions that you answer, or interview a guest...try it, it's easy and effective.
