This Keyword Difficulty Check Tool will allow you to see how easy it might be to rank for specific keywords and keyword phrases.
The tool assigns a rank out of 100 possible difficulty points ( 100 being the most difficult) for how difficult it would be to rank in the top 10 for the given keyword.
Unless you're experienced with SEO I recommend you target phrases with a score of 40 or less.

This is a free tool that just gives you a rough idea, if you want more accurate information I recommend a paid tool like Wordpress or Nichebot.
