You can rank well for any keyword with a legitimate search engine loophole.
I usually talk about ranking on the first page of Google because it's the biggest search engine. Ranking on the first page of Google does send you lots of highly targeted traffic and it's one of the best ways to drive business to your site.
The problem is that there is a lot of competition, and you have to work hard to maintain your traffic. And that's if you can get ranked for very competitive keywords, to begin with...
And even then, your rankings may fluctuate. It's getting harder for a non techie 'little guy' to get a decent ranking in Google unless they know what they are doing and work hard at it
But there is a way to legitimately rank for keywords that bring tons of traffic
And you can do this without having to spend months building up an authority site. It is possible to systematically create one-page minisites that quickly rank in the top 3 spots for almost any keyword you target within a matter of a week or so.
But not with Google. It's happening right now, on MSN
I know, MSN doesn't have the reach that Google does. But, it does get millions of people searching every day - MSN is the default home-page for anyone who first uses Internet Explorer.
Which will drive more traffic to your site?
Getting one of the first 3 rankings for your most important keyword on MSN? Or being in the #31 spot on page 4 of Google results?
It can actually take more effort to get into the #31 in Google than to dominate MSN.
How does this work?
